Case Studies- We require you to complete 2 individual case studies each. You can choose to teach this program to individuals or to teach a group and choose 2 to write up. For each case study: Write an evaluation of their intake form to introduce the client. Then for each session write half a page of double spaced, size 12 font on their healing process, include any insights, aha’s, turning points they had and anything you want to reflect upon in relation to your facilitation of them. You can also reflect on what you feel they need more of or less of in the next session in terms of your interventions and interaction with them. Please also reflect briefly on the group dynamic if you choose to teach more than 1 person at a time. So this will amount to about 3 pages of writing per person- 6ish pages altogether. Helen and I will read them and give you some feedback where you request it.
Self evaluation: Reflect using your spiritual self as your mentor and evaluation from clients.
What I loved about teaching?
Area’s for growth?
How could you do it differently in the next course?
Honestly working transference with clients?
Transference with each other if co-facilitating?
In your transferences can you identify any patterns from your family/ history?
Can you own them fully, let them go or do you need a bit more work?
Supervision Session: It is professional and an excellent idea to have a supervision/ healing session after teaching a workshop. Use the insights and healing you have on a personal or professional level to support your self evaluation. Support via Email Coaching: Helen and I and other members of the group will be available for email coaching between your sessions/ workshops with your 2 case study. We will take turns, (week about if you arrange your sessions that way) to respond to your queries. In total we will give you 2 hours of emailing in response to your questions, between sessions – this is coaching for all of you, so can be emailed to all of you, even if the question is initiated only by one of you. The replies will be sent to all of the group to keep everyone informed, updated and inspired, unless you specifically request confidentiality.
Certification and Manual: We will provided you the manual which has been purchased from Deanna Mulvihill You will be certified by Dr Deanna Mulvihill and Andrea Anstiss upon completion of your 2 case studies.
